The Weltevree Oven Dish is more than just a baking dish: it’s actually three dishes in one. It consists of multiple parts—a deep dish and a shallower one. Together, they form a single dish with a lid. The Oven Dish is made of cast iron. This material retains heat well and resists sticking and burning.
The dishes are suitable for all kinds of recipes, but they are especially ideal for slow cooking and stews. This oven dish fits perfectly inside the Weltevree Outdooroven. Important note: let the Oven Dish cool down before cleaning with cold water.
