Outdoor Tables

The Forestry Table is a dinner table made of Douglas fir wood originating from Dutch forests. The wood is assembled with steel bow-tie wood joints. The wood will eventually develop a natural grey patina when left untreated. It is available in a Raw and Refined version. The Forestry Tables are made from wood sourced from Dutch forests in cooperation with Staatsbosbeheer (a Dutch government organization for forestry and the management of nature reserves). The Forestry Table is available in different sizes, fitting 6, 8 or 12 people. To extend the life of your furniture, it is good to give it an oil treatment once a year. 

Introducing: the Bended Table Wood, expanding the beloved Bended Series by designer Jaïr Straschnow with a table top made of European ash wood, giving the table a warm and friendly feel. The used ash wood has been treated thermally: the wood has been ‘baked’ at a high temperature, making it tougher and thus very well suited for outdoor use. The thermo treatment also gives the ash wood its darker color and emphasizes the wood grain patterns, giving it an even warmer and more natural look.  The frame of the Bended Table Wood is made from highly durable steel plates bended inwards at a 45-degree angle, hiding all connecting screws and sharp edges from sight. This creates the sleek look the Bended Series is known for. The best part of this smart design? The strong but flexible structure is adaptable to every surface, meaning it will always offer a wobble free seat. The Bended Table Wood will be available in Gray Blue, Pale Green and Agate Gray.

The classic design of a picnic table can often be experienced as immobile and limited in its functions. Designer Jair Straschnow was inspired by this observation and developed a contemporary interpretation of the picnic table that is easy to move and can be used in many ways. By cutting the classic design of a picnic table in half, Straschnow creates a multifunctional table that not only saves half the space, but doubles the possibilities. This makes the Tablebench ideal for smaller spaces such as a balcony or an urban garden. Work, eat and relax, all at the same table. Create different setups by putting the Tablebench against the wall, combining it with chairs or putting two Tablebenches together to form one classic picnic table. The Tablebench is made of bamboo: a particularly sustainable material because of its rapid growth and durability. Due to the powder coating and cataphoresis treatment of the steel frame, the Tablebench is weather resistant.
